Customization
Do you offer customization?
Yes, we do! All of our products support customization as long as the MOQ is met, and most products have standard customization positions.
Can I build my own swag pack? How?
Definitely! You can create your own custom swag pack by choosing the items and packaging you want. We will support you from start to finish. Justcontact us, and we’ll work with you to put together the perfect, personalized gift pack.
Is there a required minimum order quantity?
Yes, this will vary depending on the product.Productsusually start at 20/50 pcs, see product page for details.Event swagsusually start at 100 pcs. For bespoke swag packs andpackaging products, pleasecontactus for details. However, you can always order blank samples directly from our website with no minimum quantity required.
Besides logo, can I customize artwork on the products?
Yes, but only limited items can be printed to full artwork. We will work with you from the start to make it happen.Contact usand let's get started!
What type of files do you need for printing?
We acceptvector fileslike AI and PDF. For JPG or PSD files, we recommend a minimum resolution of 300 DPI. Non-vector files can't be used for printing.
Is there a mock-up for proofing?
Yes! We offer one free mock-up before production based on your requirement, plus up to two revisions if you need adjustments like position or size changes. Once you confirm, it cannot be changed.
What about sampling?
You can order unprinted samples straight from our website, and we offer free mock-up once you send us your logo. But we strongly recommend custom sampling before mass production, just so you can see it and feel it. The cost and the leading time will vary depending on the product. Please contact us for details. Project Process
How do I start?
No worries, it'd be so easy with us. Here are some information we need from you to start the project:

- When and where you need them?
- Your logo/design file
Once we have these info, we can start the mock-up and sampling. You can reach out to us and we’ll be happy to answer any questions and get the ball rolling!
Are there additional customisation costs beyond the unit price?
The unit price includes one logo (single color printing) customization already, no setup fees or hidden costs, you’ll only pay extra for additional requirements. The unit price doesn’t cover tax or delivery.
What payment methods do you support?
You can pay via bank transfer, wire transfer, or credit card through PayPal. Just let us know your preferred method, and we’ll include all the payment details in your invoice. We’re here to make it as easy as possible for you!
How is the payment term?
We understand that payment cycles vary from business to business. In order to build a foundation of trust for long-term co-operation, for the first order we require full payment. After that, we can communicate further depending on the situation. In any case, we will do our best to support and make every customer satisfied.
What if I need a refund or exchange?
Since all our orders are custom-made, once the design/sample is confirmed and production begins, we can't cancel or refund the order. We don't accept returns or exchanges unless there is a significant deviation of the finished product from the sample, or a serious quality problem. If a significant number of product is damaged in transit, we can discuss a corresponding refund.
Production Time & Shipping
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes we do! Our products are shipped from China. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary based on your location. We recommend shipping to one location to reduce carbon footprint and save on costs.
How long is the shipping time?
From China to Singapore it's usually 7-10 days for air freight and 15-20 days for sea freight. For other location, shipping time varies by country and region,contact usfor more details.
What’s the production time for orders?
For orders up to 500 pieces, production takes 5-10 working days for most products, and 10-15 working days for bags, packaging products could take longer. The timeline starts once the payment is completed. If there are any changes, we’ll let you know in advance. For orders over 500 pieces, pleasecontact usfor more details
